Spotlite is a film production club through the Cinema, Television, and Media Production department, and we would use the donations for various different projects. We would use the funds to buy props and costumes to elevate our films to another level. Promotional products would also be purchased to spread the reach of our club to others who may be interested in getting involved. Film festival entry fees for our student-run productions could also be covered using the funds we would collect. Such film festivals provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents and network with industry professional.
Any and all contributions that are made to Spotlite would benefit aspiring filmmakers at Kutztown and further allow them to express their creativity.
