University Place is home to many first-year transfer students at Kutztown University, offering a unique and transitional residential experience. The University Place Hall Council (UPHC) plays a vital role in shaping that experience by creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment.
As a student-led, UPHC is committed to advocacy, community-building, and ensuring that all residents feel supported and connected. Through our events and programming, we help students establish a sense of belonging.
Our work matters because we’re cultivating a community, so University Place truly feels like your place!
