Kutztown University Cross Country and Track programs continue to be a competitive force in the PSAC. The women's cross-country team has finished in the top five in the PSAC five of the last eight seasons, including a third-place finish in 2017. The men’s cross-country program has finished the PSAC in the top six the last eight seasons, including a third-place finish in 2025
On the track side the both the men’s and women’s teams had impressive 2025-26 campaigns as the men’s team finished third at the PSAC Indoor and fourth at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, while the women finished 10th in both the PSAC Indoor Championship and the PSAC Outdoor Championship.
