A.I.M.S: The Achievement Initiative for Male Success

The Achievement Initiative for Male Success is seeking your support to empower male students on campus. Your donations will be used for retention, programming, workshops, events, excursions, and scholarships for members in need. Our program has a 93% success rate for actively engaged members, who earn their bachelor's degree and secure employment within 3 months. The network and relationships established through the program with alumni and professionals who support males from underrepresented backgrounds are crucial to the AIMS program. Also, our success has spawned interests from multiple other campuses who wish to replicate our program. We have already established a chapter at Arcadia within the past year, which is growing steadily. We have collaborations with them throughout the year.
